Email Notifications
Pyvorin sends email notifications for billing events, support ticket updates, and security alerts. Ensure your email address is current and that emails from pyvorin.com are not blocked by spam filters. You can update your address from the Profile page.

Notification Preferences
You can choose which email notifications you receive from the Notification Preferences page. Categories include billing, support, security, and product updates. Critical security alerts cannot be disabled.

Telegram Notifications
Eligible plans can connect a Telegram account for support and billing alerts. Follow the integration steps in the Notifications settings. Telegram is optional and does not replace email for critical alerts.

Webhook Notifications
At this time, customer accounts cannot register custom webhook URLs for notifications. Notifications are delivered through the Portal dashboard, email, and optional Telegram integration.
